YOU CAN HELP TO END THIS CRISIS

We are currently assisting interns tasked with conducting research for the Hope for Tomorrow Foundation, a family foundation and organization committed to the rescue and rehabilitation of unadopted and homeless aged-out foster youth, 16 and above- misdiagnosed with Mental Health, ADHD, Autism & Schizophrenia and subsequently receiving treatments for illnesses that may not align with their actual needs and prevent them from natural integration and the freedom of safe living in our communities. .

It is also particularly concerning that over 40% of health issues, both physical and mental, are subject to misdiagnosis. Furthermore, the ensuing treatments often serve to exacerbate the initial misdiagnosis, a fact substantiated by firsthand accounts of those directly affected.

In addition to this, many State funded health plans internalize second opinions, thereby limiting the potential for a thorough third-party independent evaluation from an external source. We firmly believe that such evaluations could significantly benefit individuals grappling with misdiagnoses in many other forms of illness.

We are keenly interested in learning about any specialized treatments to re-evaluate these medical conditions and charge a nominal appearance fee for practitioner appearances and allocate sponsorship funds to fund our research and rehabilitation program.

We dedicate your appearance fee, meet and greet fee, any sponsorship funds to help these defenseless youth and partner with local business owners to provide on-the-job paid training to open up career and apprenticeship opportunities and make their dreams come true.

Your kindness, involvement and generous donations will help give them a hope to dream like the rest of us and give them a chance to build their image and self-confidence to shine and succeed by repairing the damage done, treat emotional and physical scars from abandonment, desertion, exploitation, rejection, degradation, and from violence, rape, being beaten, forced into the sex or drug trades, and living on the street.

HERE'S HOW WE USE YOUR FUNDS... WHAT WE NEED PER YOUTH...

  1. We partner with local businesses to train each person for on-the-job apprenticeships for 3-6 months -then hire them as employees in their own payroll.

  2. We buy them a suitcase full of new (or used) workforce clothing, and a backpack full of work tools and supplies.

  3. Many of these parentless children experience exploitation, violence, We Partner with and Involve local Beauty Salons, Image Consultants & Clothing Store Merchants, to give them a new professional look, and we sign up Healthcare Providers and Dentists to help restore missing or broken teeth so they can smile again.

  4. We partner with local merchants to donate cell phones, electronics, workplace supplies through our partnerships with tech companies, AT & T, Microsoft, iPhone, Google

  5. We connect them with Big Brothers/Sisters/Mentors/Mental Health Counselors with 24 x 7 Texting Outreach

  6. We work with local business and Step-Down Care Facilities to provide them with a Food, Transportation, Housing

  7. We connect, integrate and involve them into our local government internships, the local Police, and Fire Departments, Churches, Groups to involve them in Community activities & help integrate with local families-who become their family

  8. We re-evaluate their progress every 3-6 months to ensure they do not fall through the cracks again.
